Return Process

  Access your order through the AMC mobile app or website using your confirmation number and email address to begin the request.

  Verify Timing

  Ensure your request is submitted at least one hour before the scheduled showtime to remain eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

  On-Site Assistance

  For purchases made at the theatre box office or for immediate exchanges, visit the guest services desk at your local AMC location.

  Receive Credit

  Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while convenience fees are generally non-refundable unless you are an AMC Stubs member.
